A tech professional with over seventeen years management experience in electrical instrument manufacturing, Elaine offers Mango clients added levels of service and know-how. Heading our business operations, she precisely monitors and maintains customer histories, and is familiar with each account to the point of allowing minor technical conditions to be handled over the telephone. Her knowledge also speeds the more complex troubleshooting process by identifying and analyzing problems prior to an on-site servicing. In either case Mango clients benefit through efficient, personalized service.

Scott’s proficiency with industry equipment and techniques covers 28 years experience in the alarm industry and extends through Intrusion Detection, Environmental Systems, Fire Alarms (including annual fire alarm system inspections and certifications), Cameras and Video Monitoring, and Keypad and Card Access Control systems.
